Cranial Orthosis “Talee”
Gentle helmet therapy, which is modern, lightweight and individually manufactured for your baby.
Gentle treatment of head deformities
Gentle treatment (for children aged between 4 and 12 months) is carried out for head deformities such as a flat back of the head using the custom-made cranial orthosis “Talee”.
Approximately 3% of all newborns have a severe or very severe head deformity. Previous therapeutic helmets were heavy, cumbersome, or not tolerated by babies. The Talee therapeutic helmet from Invent Medical, which we customize, is breathable and lightweight to increase the baby’s comfort.

3D Scanning and 3D Printing
When providing the Talee cranial orthosis, we rely on state-of-the-art technologies, from digital measurement to precise 3D printing. The combination of functionality and child-friendly comfort is particularly important to us: The orthosis should be as unobtrusive as possible in everyday life, fit well, and provide maximum effectiveness. Our specially trained orthotists take ample time for consultation, fitting, and close monitoring of the therapy. Parents receive ongoing updates on the child’s progress, including visual documentation via scan history.
What our customers say
Talee Care Process
Care is provided in four clearly structured steps:
1. Scan: Using a specially developed scanner, your child’s head is digitally captured in just a few minutes, completely without contact.
2. Digital processing: The scan is digitally modeled, much like a plaster model used to be, only faster and more precise.
3. Analysis & Order: The optimized helmet shape is precisely configured using software and then ordered from our partner.
4. 3D printing & therapy: The orthosis is ready after about 14 days. Final adjustments are made during the fitting, and therapy can begin.
The advantages are obvious: less stress for the child, more accuracy in care and greater acceptance in everyday life.
